Be part of change The »Optimization« group deals with methods of mathematical optimization (e.g., linear, mixed-integer, stochastic, or robust optimization) to support the planning and control of logistical and industrial processes along the supply chain and methodically related fields. Data Analytics Projects: You will assist us with specific data analytics projects, such as “OpEn_NeD” (Optimized Operational Control in Decentralized Heating Networks), “SEKURE” (Cross-Sector Implementation of Resilience) and “RELIEF-MED” (Building Resilient Supply Chains for an Efficient and Fair Supply of Medicines) in the areas of modeling, implementation, and evaluation. Data Collection & Research: You will be responsible for data collection and preparation, as well as research within the scope of our diverse research and industry projects. Mathematical Optimization: You will contribute to the application and further development mathematical optimization methods in various contexts. What you contribute You are a student in a data-driven degree program (e.g., business mathematics, mathematics, statistics, business informatics, computer science, data science). You have a strong understanding of mathematics, particularly in the field of mathematical optimization. You have experience with the Python programming language. We would be happy to offer you the opportunity to write a bachelor's or master's thesis in cooperation with us in the above-mentioned subject area. The thesis will be assigned and carried out in accordance with the rules of your university. For this reason, please discuss the thesis with a professor who can advise you over the course of the project. Werkstudent/in Communications (m/w/d)
Du möchtest praktische Erfahrungen im Bereich Communications sammeln und deine Kreativität in einem internationalen Unternehmensumfeld einbringen? Du hast Freude daran, Inhalte visuell ansprechend aufzubereiten, mit digitalen Formaten zu arbeiten und Geschichten zielgruppengerecht zu erzählen? Dann werde Teil unseres Teams. Für unseren Standort Lichtenfels suchen wir eine engagierte Unterstützung im Bereich Communications. In dieser Rolle arbeitest du an der Entwicklung und Umsetzung interner und externer Kommunikationsmaßnahmen mit und erhältst spannende Einblicke in die Kommunikation eines globalen Technologieunternehmens. Die Position kann remote innerhalb Deutschlands ausgeübt werden, sofern du bereit bist, regelmäßig nach Lichtenfels zu reisen. Deine Aufgaben Du planst, produzierst und bearbeitest Foto- und Videocontent für unterschiedliche interne und externe Kommunikationsformate. Du entwickelst und gestaltest kreativen visuellen Content mit der Adobe Creative Cloud, insbesondere mit Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects und InDesign. Du konzipierst und realisierst Inhalte für Intranet, Social Media, Websites und weitere digitale Kanäle. Du bereitest Use Cases, Success Stories und Short-Form-Content visuell auf und setzt dabei auf Storytelling sowie eine zielgruppengerechte Ansprache. Du gestaltest digitale Assets wie Banner, Infografiken, Icons, Visuals und Social-Media-Elemente unter Berücksichtigung der Corporate Identity. Du pflegst und optimierst Inhalte in CMS-Systemen wie Drupal oder WordPress. Du stimmst dich mit internen Stakeholdern zu Content-Bedarfen, Timings, Freigaben und der operativen Umsetzung ab. Das bringst du mit Du bist eingeschriebene:r Student:in im Bereich Kommunikation, Marketing, Medien, Design oder in einem vergleichbaren Studiengang. Du hast ein ausgeprägtes Interesse an digitaler Kommunikation, Content Creation und visuellem Storytelling. Du verfügst über praxiserprobte Kenntnisse in der Adobe Creative Cloud, insbesondere in Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects und InDesign. Idealerweise hast du bereits praktische Erfahrung in der Videoaufnahme und im Video Editing gesammelt. Du arbeitest selbstständig, strukturiert und zuverlässig. Du verfügst über gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
